Which Head of State is Most Think Tank Obsessed?

My best guess would be Italy's Prime Minister Mario Monti.  Following are a few of his think tank connections.

• Monti was a founding Chairman of Bruegel.
• He was the European Chairman of the Trilateral Commission (2010-2011).
• He is on the Steering Committee of the Bilderberg Group.
• He was a member of the Business and Economics Advisors Group at Atlantic Council.
• He is on the Praesidium of Friends of Europe, a Brussels-based think tank for EU policy analysis/debate.
• In 2007, he supported the civic forum États Généraux de l'Europe, initiated by European think tank EuropaNova and European Movement, a group whose main function for decades was setting up think tanks across Europe.
